Songwriters, Blake Parks and Michael Henneberry, started their musical journey jamming at bluegrass festivals in October, 2009. Their drive to co-write songs began during Oklahoma’s 2009 ‘endless’ winter season when they wrote "Will Winter End?" Staying aboard that creative 'train,' they wrote ten songs for their debut album, The Sound of a Train. Based out of Oklahoma City, this dynamic duo (or full band depending on the night) has a unique sound rooted in bluegrass. Steelwind has played shows with Darrell Scott, Tony Rice, and more.
