A phenomenon of Drum'n Bass music! Joe Nebula first released with the old skool legends Nebula2 who's first release Seance & Atheama featured on the mighty Reinforced Records. A musical career was born and Joe had major successes throughout the Rave scene s early years dj'ing and performing Live PA's across the country and world-wide. After the rave years Joe set up the Volt Records with musical partner Richard McCormak (Nebula2), Paul Smith & Tony Thomas. A series of techno record labels who released over 50 records on labels Celestial Records, Red Eye, Visions and Collide Records. Other releases came on Industrial Strength (Lenny D), WAN and Juice Box (A Guy Called Gerald) A series of large events came playing both Drum & Bass and Techno and Joe was also the first promoter to bring some of the world's best artists to his home city of Nottingham. Breezin a night with jungle Dj MRB featured Dj's such as LTJ Bukem, Doc Scott and Storm. The Fly a promotion which held the big events held the only memorial for Dj Kemisrty (Metalheadz), along with Groove Rider, Fabio, Doc Scott and Goldie. After a step into the techno side of production Joe started a new project with Birmingham's MC Magika called Magik Star. The group half live band with the other computer based performed alongside acts such as Busta Rhymes and Dj Marky. Magik Star also won the Diesel U-Music best break beat act 2000 voted by Moving Shadow Records. Soon after this Joe decided to set up the Back 2 You Remix projects which were set up to showcase the new talents of producers and give them a chance to remix their peers. The website became the most successful remix website online and featured remix projects from artists such as Dizzee Rascal, Blame, Dj Krust, Goldie and many more. The website also broke new talent who subsequently released on labels such as V Recordings (Savage Rehab) and Propa Talent (Echo Inada) At the present time Joe Nebula is back creating new music in his own unique style which is receiving very positive feedback from the Drum & Bass scene.
