They sound amazing together, merging in a chorus as lush as the ethereal instruments they ride upon. Chelsea Cutler’s been on a tear this year since moving away from features and towards a full-breadth solo career, with two hit singles already in 2018, “Out of Focus” and “You’re Not Missing Me.” Jeremy Zucker, meanwhile, is making a bid to dethrone his biggest song to date, the blackbear collaboration “talk is overrated,” which got a fresh Manila Killa remix. “better off” is out now on Republic Records.
