This album is a great momento for anyone who has seen the BSO. It records the joys, technical skill and energy of the whole live performance. The two CDs differ greatly. The first is recorded in Canada in the early days when they were fining their feet. The second in Japan when the confidence is flowing and the band are showmen. Contrast the two versions of Rock this Town. If you've seen the band relax in your favourite chair, turn up the sound, shut your eyes and you'll be able to see the smiling faces of the seventeen piece band as they show off to each other. In the days of dull musicians who stand on stage as if they are at a wake it's refreshing to know that Brian Setzer is still out there to entertain.
