First issued (gatefolded) in December 1969 in U.S.A. on Tetragrammaton Records T 131. (This edition was short lived as the company went bust in early 1970). The distribution in U.S.A. was then managed by Warner Bros. WS 1860. First UK edition on Harvest SHVL 767 in January 1970 (Two versions are in circulation: V1 laminated only outside and printed by E.J.Day - V2 laminated inside as well and printed by Gerrard & Lofthouse). Four different vinyl versions in Japan chronological (all Warner Bros.): BP 8962 (June 1970), P 8093W, P 6504W, P10331W (1976).
