Slash-&-Burn

Daoko releases her new album "Slash-&-Burn" from her own label, Tefu Tefu! This is Daoko's first album in 4 years since her last album "anima". 11 of the 12 songs on this album have never been released before and were written and self-produced by Daoko herself. She asked artists she admires and respects to arrange the songs, and by completing them together, she was able to realize a diverse and unique musical expression that expands Daoko's spiritual world. The result is a "quiet flame born between the changing times and self-reflection". The cover illustration was created by up-and-coming illustrator Kennosuke Hara. Slash-&-Burn" is a piece that connects Daoko's past and future, and marks a new step forward in her music.
