A Day Like This

New York Voices, the internationally renowned vocal quartet, deliver their first studio release in 6 years with A Day Like This. Recorded in the MCG studios, the album features guest artists Paquito D'Rivera, Bob Mintzer, Chuck Loeb, Dave Samuels, Gil Goldstein and others. 'A Day Like This' includes 14 tunes arranged by members of NYV, including four self composed original songs. Over the course of the CD, the group goes back to its roots with Brazilian tunes, swing tunes and other standards, as well as their original compositions. New York Voices received GRAMMY Awards for their previous releases in 1997 and 2003.
