Foolin' (Basenji Remix)

Sydney trailblazer Basenji unleashes his first official remix, offering a new twist on the second single, Foolin’ from best coast beat-creature Sable. On Foolin’, Basenji flips the hyperactive bounce of the original into a more chilled affair, holding tight to the 1am groove. The remix bumps in all the right places, and is out now for FREE through fresh-faced, Perth-based label Pilerats Records. Sharing tracks (and animal based namesakes) before anybody really knew who they were, both producers have torn up the JJJ charts, and jetted all over the island paradise we call home, consistently blowing the minds of club kids along all four corners. Perth-based computer music wizard, Sable only crawled out of his forest studio a few short months ago, but has already torn up the triple j charts with the infectious single Feels So Good. Fresh off of his 5-track debut EP released earlier this month and with a string of national tour dates under his belt, Sable has also been announced as the only WA act on the Splendour In The Grass line-up.
