The Best of Keane (Deluxe)

据国外各大媒体报道，Keane在今年11月11日发行精选辑后，将停止乐团活动。虽然有媒体直接写出解散二字，但是乐团发言人并没有使用这个字眼。目前乐团已经正式向媒体宣布，确定在发行精选后将无限期停止活动，接下来团员们将各自进行自己的solo活动。另外，目前主唱Tom Chaplin正在制作自己的solo专辑。Tim Rice-Oxley将为其他的艺人作曲。 Keane的关系者说到「他们所有的专辑都取得了排行榜第一名的成绩。团员间并没有任何的不愉快，接下来都还是会像好朋友一样的往来。但是他们决定要在这样的顶点暂停，花时间陪陪老婆和家人」 成立于1997年的Keane，2004发行的专辑《Hopes And Fears》、2006年的《Under The Iron Sea》、2008年的《Perfect Symmetry》还有去年发行的《Strangeland》四张都取得全英专辑排行榜第一名的成绩。 11月11日，他们将发行乐团生涯的第一张精选《The Best Of Keane》，其中包括2首新歌《Higher Than the Sun和《Won't Be Broken》。 “The Best of” is the first official compilation album by British group Keane. The album will be released on 11 November 2013 by Island Records. The core of the compilation album is to celebrate the first 10 years of Keane since their first album, “Hopes and Fears“. It was announced shortly before the end of Strangeland Tour. It contains the greatest hits and B sides of the first five albums of the band, plus 3 new songs.
