Riser
A little over two years after his last album, Dierks Bentley will release his newest major label release this February. "Riser," Bentleys seventh album on Capitol Nashville, will see a Feb. 25 release, Radio.com confirms. The album is his first since 2012s "Home," which shot to the top of the Country Albums chart after its February release. In a release, Bentley said he was in a "place of grief" when he started the project, mainly due to the passing of his father. "But over the course of the next 18 months, my wife and I had our son Knox, and I ended in a place of real joy and gratefulness," he said. "Both sides of that coin are what country music has always been about, and I hope that my fans can feel how much of myself I put into this project. It’s all out on the table, for sure."
