UNVOID
Just seven months after the release of the conceptual album "Nighttime Rendering" by Piano Chill last December, PAX JAPONICA GROOVE's new album "UNVOID" is set to be released on Wednesday, July 17th. This album, the 15th original work by the artist, features the coined title "UNVOID," which means "filling the void." It carries positive themes that evoke new stories of liberation and departure, exploration and challenge, and the rediscovery of meaning and purpose. In terms of sound, this album marks a significant shift from the previous work. It opens with "Unfinished Symphony," a fusion of EDM and orchestral sounds, followed by the progressive house track "Amasia," "Backvoid," a session with a live band, the grand cinematic soundscape of "Flowers and Moments," the quintessential PAX sound in the shimmering and fast-paced yet somewhat melancholic piano house tracks "Moonlit Way," "Imaginary Days," and "Otherworldly," and finally, four vocal tracks including the lead song "Ready to Be." The album showcases a fresh and diverse array of musical styles.
