Body/Head这个噪音实验音乐组合是由原Sonic Youth成员、Thurston Moore的前妻Kim Gordon和来自马萨诸塞州的乐手、实验音乐厂牌Open Mouth的创立者Bill Nace二人组成。 Body/Head are an electric guitar duo comprised of Kim Gordon (CKM, Sonic Youth, Free Kitten, etc.) and Bill Nace (X.O.4, Vampire Belt, Ceylon Mange, etc.) The pair began working together in various loose formats years ago, but the Body/Head concept evolved more specifically in early 2012. Following the end of Sonic Youth, one of the projects Kim Gordon embarked on was Body/Head, a collaboration with respected experimental rock guitarist Bill Nace. The duo's largely improvised, free-flowing drones and feedback expanded on Gordon's no wave roots brought her prowess as an intuitive, emotive guitarist to fore on releases including 2013's cathartic Coming Apart and 2018's gentler but stillintense The Switch .
