Barbara Gogan
Barbara Gogan was the lead singer with The Passions, and co-wrote their classic “I’m In Love With A German Film Star”. After a spell living in New York and Russia, she has moved to Paris where she first worked with Hector Zazou on his acclaimed “Sahara Blue” album, which also featured contributions from Gérard Depardieu, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Khaled and Tim Simenon; Barabara has also contributed to Zazou’s other recent projects including the fascinating “Songs From The Cold Seas” (which also features Suzanne Vega, John Cale, ***** etc.).
