Mndsgn

Ringgo Ancheta, known professionally as Mndsgn, is an American experimental hip hop artist & producer of Filipino descent.[citation needed] His name Mndsgn (pronounced "mind design"), is inspired by the Nas lyric, "my mind is seeing through your design like blind fury."[citation needed] His family moved to New Jersey from the Philippines, where his family became members in the Philippine arm of the Aum Supreme Truth Cult.[citation needed] From New Jersey he moved to Philadelphia and currently resides in Los Angeles.[citation needed] In 2013 he produced "Sweeny Song," which featured Danny Brown, Knxwledge, Blu, Ras G, & Dibiase,[2] for "Classic Drug References Vol.01."[citation needed] He released Yawn Zen via Stones Throw Records in August 2014.[citation needed] Since July 2014, he has hosted a monthly Boiler Room show called "Breakfast with Ringgo", which has featured Knxwledge, Ahnnu, & Swarvy
