Vashtie
Vashtie Kola, often stylized as Va$htie, is an American artist, director, designer, party promoter and entrepreneur. Kola was born and raised in Albany, New York and is of Indo-Trinidadian and Afro-Trinidadian descent. Vashtie moved to New York City in to attend film school at The School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, where she studied directing/cinematography. At the same time, Kola interned at RSA/Black Dog Films and HSI while working part-time at Stussy in SoHo.
