Petr Malásek
Peter Malásek (* June 10, 1964 in Prague) is a Czech pianist and composer. Husband Czech actress Dana Moravkova He comes from a musical family. His father was George Malásek pianist and composer. Expert Peter was educated at the Prague Conservatory Malásek (piano with Emil Leichner, composition with Franz Kovaříčka in 1979-1985. He also studied at the Music Academy of Performing Arts (composition with Jiri Pauer and Vaclav Riedlbauch in the years 1985-1990. With the exception of the years 2000 and 2001, when he worked as a teacher at the Prague Conservatory (he taught composition at the department of popular music and singing), is a freelance. Since 1990 working as a pianist and conductor of the chanson singer Hana Hegerová. The focus of activity is Maláskovy artistic composition. Mainly composed incidental music for film, theater and television. So far (as of 2003) created more than 120 titles of this type. In 2003 he was nominated for Czech Lion film award for Best Music. Previous work demonstrated particularly strong melodic inventiveness, stylistic versatility and flexibility and dexterity instrumentátorskou.
