Annihilation

葡萄牙Technical Death Metal乐队，组建于2004年。 Annihilation was formed in 2004 with only one goal in mind to create their own breed of Death Metal. The first album "Against The Storm" was released in 2010 through Copro/Casket Records. Since the early years the band has evolved into the more technical side of the genre focusing on intricate and dissonant guitar parts and lyrics inspired by David Icke´s vision of the World.After some struggles throughout the next couple years the band took a break for a short time, resurfacing in early 2009 with an objective in mind. To record the first album. Throughout the year the sound was polished and in early 2010 the first album “Against The Storm" has been finally recorded with Daniel Pacheco on Lead Guitars and Gabriel on Drums. With the album recorded, Annihilation decides to approach the more technical and experimental side of the genre with the celebration entry of Andre Heencleday, a high-level musician to take the drums position. Shortly after, Annihilation joined forces with Copro/Casket Records to make a worldwide release and tour some of the hot fest/gigs in Portugal to promote this new release. The album makes top sells and still maintains its success.
